Greensboro Bound: A Literary Festival for 2020
Greensboro Bound: A Literary Festival takes place in downtown Greensboro, North Carolina, annually, during mid-May.
Festival organizers made a conscious decision to support the cultural and business renaissance of downtown Greensboro by bringing our Festival to a footprint centered on the Greensboro Cultural Center and Arts Greensboro’s marvelous Van Dyke Performance Space. During the festival, the Cultural Center is abuzz. The goal is to have a festival that is extremely “walkable.”
The footprint includes the
Greensboro Cultural Center
Greensboro Central Public Library
Greensboro History Museum
Additional events have taken place at venues of festival partners including the International Civil Rights Center and Museum, Scuppernong Books and Triad Stage.
Specific events have been held at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University as well as the University of North Carolina Greensboro.
