Greensboro Bound: A Literary Festival has an open submission process for authors who would like to be part of our annual four-day festival which takes place in downtown Greensboro, North Carolina.
Open submission begins late in the calendar year and concludes in early February. (Details and specific instructions will be available later in the year.)
The process flow and requirements for an author to make an open submission follow.
You are the author of a book that has been reviewed (no self-published author submissions, please).
Provide our author team a copy of the book and review. This material is not returned.
Our author team reviews open submissions and based on programming priorities, may reach out and offer a slot/slots in our May festival line-up.
All age-range and types of books are welcomed. The author team often creates thematic excursions leveraging the work of our participating authors. Themes have included the need for diversity in C/YA writing, contemporary Appalachian writing, the LGBTQ experience, speculative fiction, the life of immigrants, social justice in today’s world.
This site will be updated when the open submission process has begun.
