Greensboro Bound Book Festival
Our signature April festival has welcomed more than 500 authors since 2018, including Pulitzer Prize and National Book Award winners, bringing readers and writers together for a day of free literary experiences.
Year-Round Events
Author conversations, workshops, and special literary programs keep the connection between readers and writers going long after the festival ends.
Authors Engaging Students (AES) & Pre-K AES
Author visits and book donations connect students with diverse writers, stock K–12 school libraries, and put books into all 101 Guilford County Schools Pre-K classrooms.
High School Poet Laureate Program
Established in 2003, this program helps young poets develop their writing and presentation skills, share their work publicly, and compete for the annual Greensboro Bound High School Poet Laureate honor.
Aggies READ / Greensboro Bound Children's Book Festival
In partnership with NC A&T State University's Department of Educator Preparation, this new festival brings children's authors, young readers, and families together to celebrate books and reading.
