Greensboro Bound’s Value Statements
Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Greensboro Literary Organization/Greensboro Bound celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion. These values are central to our mission and are reflected in our programs, with our people, and through our practices and processes.
Through our programs, we highlight diverse voices and engage in conversations that confront systemic racism and other forms of oppression.
We pledge that our people – readers, writers, board, staff, and volunteers – be more reflective of the community we serve.
We commit to creating and holding ourselves accountable to more equitable practices and processes.
Our collective commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion guides all aspects of our work and our organization is better for it.
